Share your order reference if you have one. Never post a full invoice or any key publicly.

Staff verify the purchase and send your license again, inside the ticket.
License basics
What a license covers
- One key, one device, bound on first activation.
- Duration depends on the plan you bought.
- Changed PC? Ask for a device reset in a ticket. Resets are limited to one every 30 days.
- No auto-renewal. When it expires, it stops. Nothing is charged.
- Never share a key. A leaked key is revoked.
- Free licenses are one per user and tool.
